PregLem SA is a speciality biopharmaceutical company founded in June 2006 with the objective of developing and commercialising a portfolio of products addressing significant benign gynaecological conditions and infertility.
The Company was founded by Dr. Ernest Loumaye, an experienced drug developer in female reproductive medicine with over 15 years experience in the biopharmaceutical industry.
The Company's initial portfolio is comprised of three projects, some of which represent new classes of drugs where PregLem could be first to market. One project constitutes a totally novel concept in the treatment of infertility, where no existing therapy currently exists. Another programme is targeted to the treatment of endometriosis. The portfolio is protected by a significant IP estate.
The projects are at various stages of development, from pre-clinical to late Phase III.
